Refund Policy

When purchasing the product you have the option to terminate the contract without any reason on condition that you notify us within 14 days after delivery of the product via letter or by e-mail. During this period, you are obliged to keep the products and packaging in an appropriate and careful manner. The product should be returned to Clover Protection (Address: COLAB48 Lindenstraat 48, 2070 Zwijndrecht) in its original condition and at your own risk. You are in this case responsible for the return of the products, and therefore also for the shipping costs for the return.
